Thanks for buying and using Instaviz!

Graphviz is generally used for displaying diagrams only. That being  
said, most Graphviz users edit the .gv files directly in a text editor  
in order to update the diagram.

You can use OmniGraffle which is diagramming software similar to Visio  
etc. to edit the diagram. See http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/OmniGraffle/

I'm hoping at some stage to port Instaviz to the Mac, especially with  
Snow Leopard's support for multi-touch. I'll keep you informed how it  
goes.
