Yes, I plan to release a Windows version of Instavue simultaneously  
with the release of Instaviz 1.3, about 2 week's time.

FTP has been suggested but I haven't planned on releasing it yet. If I  
can squeeze out a reliable version into the next release without  
unduly delaying it, I will.

On the other hand you can try box.net, one of the supported WebDAV  
hosts. The Lite solution provides 1 GB of storage and 25MB file  
uploads, free.
