[instaviz-users] OS3.0 Bug? Two Finger Scrolling

I've found that two finger scrolling behaves inconsistently or not at all. I
didn't see anything in the mailing list about it, but it makes navigating a
bit frustrating (to move around, I have to zoom out and then zoom back in).

Expected Behavior: When I place two fingers down on the screen, I will be
able to move around the diagram by moving my fingers around.
Witnessed Behavior: When I open a chart, it will generally work the first
few times. But after an inconsistent number of two-finger swipes, it starts
ignoring the second finger, and instead treats it as a one finger swipe.

This is on an iPhone3G, running OS3.0.
