[instaviz-users] Question on exporting

With Instaviz, they give you only three ways to export a file, box.net,
iDisk and WebDAV. I figured out iDisk, but that will cost me money. How do
you do box.net and WebDAV, I could not figure these out. Is there a way I
can ftp them to my desktop (as a pdf) or m0ve the file from my iPhone to my
computer? I tried saving as an image and email, but that did not keep the
quality, and was unreadable.
