[instaviz-users] Scrolling issue in Instaviz 1,4

The edit/view mode works well, but when editing there's still a  
scrolling issue. On a large graph, the two nodes I want to connect may  
be impossibly far apart to connect while zoomed out. When dragging,  
scrolling needs to follow my finger, so that I can easily connect  
distant nodes.

Also, in view mode, double taps should still work. Its cumbersome and  
counterintuitive to have to switch to edit mode to export the graph.
