I can test with Visio 2007 on Vista 64.

I am NOT a Visio fan. Loved this essay:

Recent Visio versions import SVG - would put effort into excellent SVG  
support first and try that. Might just be able to promote that as your  
"Visio compatiblilty".

However, if there are clear advantages to direct Visio support, yes  
would be nice addition to GraphViz.
