box.net is a free file sharing service. iDisk is the MobileMe file  
sharing service. WebDAV is for any other server that obeys this  
protocol for file sharing. If you don't have a server handy, your best  
bet is probably box.net.

Sign up here http://box.net.

Then on your Mac or PC, you can make a web folder into http://box.net/dav 
  or http://idisk.mac.com. Macs will use Connect to Server... from the  
Finder > Go menu, and PC/Windows will use My Network Places > Add a  
Network Place.

Do the export from Instaviz, and you should be able to pick up the  
files from the web folder.
