Chuck Frey of the Mindmapping Software Blog is looking for some case  
histories for his mindmapping e-book -- so if you've used Instaviz to  
draw some effective and productive visual maps, I'd really appreciate  
it if you could fill out his Submission Form and send it to him. As a
