[instaviz-users] question on: Export to Server>box.net ; does this really work?

Export to Server>box.net ? How does this work? I have a box.net
account but I always get "Username or password is incorrect" Yet I
know the account is good because I can login via Safari or other
browser.

Specific steps:
* Edit graph
* select box.net
** fill in directory name
** provide box.net username (my email address)
** provide box.net password
* select format gv (or any other format)
* tap export
* get error "Username or password is incorrect"

Thoughts appreciated.
