Instaviz exports .gv files, which is just .dot relabelled since the  
Graphviz maintainers didn't want to continue the conflicting file type  
with Microsoft Word. You can take the .gv files and simply change the  
extension to .dot, or use them as-is in Graphviz.

The current version of Instaviz doesn't import .gv, but the next  
version, 1.3, to be available in a week or so, will.
