OK, it would be useful to send me some screen shots. Hold the Home
button and press the top button, the screen will flash and save it to
your Photos roll; navigate there and then email the right one to me.

Graph automatically sizes and lays out the nodes and edges, so you
won't actually be in control of the absolute position of the node you
had just drawn. That's the beauty (and frustration for some!) of the
Graphviz engine -- it's an ideal fit for the iPhone where you don't
want to be paying a lot of attention to how to arrange the nodes and
edges. As the front page of the Graphviz site says, "Graphviz was not
intended to be a Visio replacement, so it is probably frustrating to
try to use it that way."
