I eventually settled on exporting spreadsheets to Google Docs. You could probably export graphs to Picassa. GDocs is free, relatively easy for users, and Google provides an iPhone framework for it. The only downside is that some of the more recently added features seem to be a little buggy right now. I'm having to delay the next version of my app because of a server bug.
You can also use Bonjour to export to another computer. I have a feeling it might only work for users who have Macs, but you never know.
Will there be an option to export a text file that graphviz can grok?
