[instaviz-users] Localize this, please

Hi, all.

I've been too busy to even try out things or even read the all my emails,
but this looks simple enough that I can do it in this 5 minute break, so
I'll give it a try.

The language is Portuguese (from Portugal; in pt-br, the translations should
probably be different).
