http://trac.pixelglow.com/instaviz

Click on the Login link in the upper left of the screen. Enter your  
email address and your mailing list password (which was emailed to you  
when you first joined). If you've lost the password, send me an email  
with your suggestion for a new password.

You can also download directly from this page

http://trac.pixelglow.com/instaviz/wiki/DownloadAndInstall

and if you haven't already logged in it will ask for your username +  
password as above.
