When you downloaded the Instaviz.zip file, it may have automatically  
unzipped itself already. If so, you will see the two files Instaviz  
and PixelglowInstavizAdHoc.mobileprovision in a new folder called  
Instaviz. You can then proceed as with the 3rd step in the install  
process. Don't actually double-click on the Instaviz application  
itself, since it won't run on a Mac as you probably found out; you'll  
actually need to drag them both to the iTunes app in your dock to  
proceed.
