In theory, almost all these functions should appear in the tickets

I haven't put in everything there yet, but if you see something that  
obviously missing, please do enter it into the ticket system.

A short explanation of the milestone system:

We'll have 2 - 3 major milestones before release, depending on whether  
the gray hairs on my head run out before December. I'll assign each  
ticket, whether bug, enhancement etc. to the milestone, and likely  
release point versions before the full release. So for example, ticket  
#4 submitted by Jeremy is a bug found in 0.1 but assigned to milestone  
"0.2 label editing" since I want to complete it by that milestone. But  
the point release 0.1.1 actually fixed that bug.

To avoid confusion, I'll probably edit out the version numbers of the  
milestones.
