[instaviz-users] Instaviz localization, based on 1.0.1 release

Graaf is incorrect. In the current Dutch vocabulary the word graaf  
means either "count" (a title) or "dig" (as in "I dig"). The word that  
comes closest to the ancient expression you insist on would be  
"grafiek". That word, however, is not used for the kind of graphs we  
are talking about now. At least not by twenty million Dutch speaking  
people. They would call this "tekening" or even "diagram".
