Two separate issues here.
1. When you export to box.net, Instaviz often just exports the .gv
file and not the .pdf preview file. This is the cause of the network
error some users were reporting, apparently it bit the Omnifocus
people as well. I've put a fix in for 1.1, including support for
box.net as one of the export options so you don't have to type "www.box.net/dav
". See, I'm here to make your life easier :-)
2. Once you have the .gv file you can run it through Graphviz (www.graphviz.org
) and it will export to pretty much any format, see Jon's reply. Of
course if you have the PDF you can do the same with it.
