[instaviz-users] Instaviz localization, based on 1.0.1 release

Hi All

Here's the file to localize to different languages, as promised.

I have German, Spanish, French and Portuguese translations already,  
but would appreciate translations in other languages. In particular if  
Jaap could do the Dutch translation, Mirko the Italian, k-tetsuro the  
Japanese that would be great!
