[instaviz-users] Status changed to "ready for sale"

Sam - yes you can write reviews if you have downloaded a copy of an  
app from a promo code, however I believe it is currently for US  
developers ONLY and the codes only work in the US store for now.  
Hoping Apple expands this to other countries very soon!
