[instaviz-users] Instaviz 1.0.1 -- the app store submission version

Hi All

This is the app store submission version. At the moment only the  
mailing list users as of 1 to 2 weeks back are able to get and install  
it i.e. if you ever installed it, this version should work, but if  
you're new, I haven't added your user name to the provision nor the  
permissions to get the file.

Eventually I will add everyone within the limit of 50 users to the  
provision so you'll be able to get the latest versions of Instaviz.
